Until recently, the focus was primarily on the jobs of the future, but now the importance of future-oriented skills is increasingly emphasized. Curricula must keep pace with dynamic changes in the job market. Employers, meanwhile, expect future employees to possess not only specialized knowledge but also the ability to adapt, collaborate, analyze data, and use artificial intelligence tools.

How are universities, employers, and labor market institutions adapting to this reality?

Who should be responsible for developing the skills of the future, and how can we effectively prepare young people for jobs that haven't even been created yet?

These are just some of the questions raised during the debate in Dziennik Bałtycki.

Dr. Radosław Stojekargued that artificial intelligence serves as a support for future employees and that there is no turning back from it. He also discussed the basic digital skills that every student should possess.
