Privacy Policy 

  1. By using the Portal, you accept this Privacy Policy.Personal information on the Portal may be collected through the following actions:
  • information provided in forms on the Portal,information collected automatically when using the Portal, i.e.:information recorded automatically in server logs and the Portal, e.g. IP address, page request sent by the user, date and time of the request,browser type, browser language, device data, operating system type, "cookies" - small text files sent by the Portal to the device of the user visiting the Portal (e.g. computer, smartphone).3. Information collected automatically is used for the following purposes:
  • administer servers and the Portal,ensure the security and protection of data and the Portal,ensure the provision of certain services to the user,adapt the Portal to the needs of users,create viewing statistics for the Portal's subpages,maintain the user's session (after logging in), so that the user does not have to re-enter the Login and Password on each subpage of the site4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
  • to ensure proper operation of the Portal sites in the user's browser,to facilitate the user's use of the Portal and adapt it to the user's needs,to remember the user's individual settings and preferences,to create Portal statistics that make it possible to learn the expectations of users and to develop the Portal so as to make it easier to reach the most frequently searched information (e.g. by analyzing search engine queries).5. Web browsers usually allow "cookies" to be stored on the user's device by default.6.Dedicated cookies set by templates:used to remember preferences for selecting the type of events in the news calendar (culture, science, conference, lecture, competition),used to remember preferences for font size, contrast (contrast, text-size),used in voting systems.7. The user has the ability to configure his own web browser so as to completely or partially disable the storage of "cookies" on the device. Disabling the storage of "cookies" may result in some features of the Portal not working properly. How to block "cookies":The user can decide whether or not to store "cookies" in the browser settings.In Firefox: Options > Privacyin Chrome browser: Settings > Advanced settings > Privacy > Content settingsin Opera browser: Preferences > Advanced > Cookies)In each browser, the "cookies" settings are set separately.8. PJATK is not responsible for the privacy policy of external entities, among other services to which it provides links. The user should familiarize himself/herself with the rules of these entities.9. PJATK makes every effort to protect the Portal together with the data processed thereon, among other things, from unauthorized access by third parties. To this end, PJATK uses physical security measures, security systems to secure access to servers and the service, and cryptographic solutions. Personal data are made available only to those employees and entities to whom they are necessary for the performance of tasks and are processed only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.10. When processing data, PJATK complies with the regulations on personal data protection, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called RODO).11. Personal data of users taken for the purposes described in items. 3 and 4 of this Privacy Policy will be processed for the period necessary for the purpose in question.12.Users have the right to request personal data from the administrator:
  • access to their personal data,rectification,limitation of their processing,transfer of data to another data controller,lodge an objection.13.You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.14.Information and contact details for personal data:
