  1. By using the Portal, you accept this Privacy Policy.Personal information on the Portal may be collected through the following actions:

PJATK is not responsible for the privacy policy of external entities, among other services to which it provides links. The user should familiarize himself/herself with the rules of these entities.9. PJATK makes every effort to protect the Portal together with the data processed thereon, among other things, from unauthorized access by third parties. To this end, PJATK uses physical security measures, security systems to secure access to servers and the service, and cryptographic solutions. Personal data are made available only to those employees and entities to whom they are necessary for the performance of tasks and are processed only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.10. When processing data, PJATK complies with the regulations on personal data protection, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called RODO).11. Personal data of users taken for the purposes described in items. 3 and 4 of this Privacy Policy will be processed for the period necessary for the purpose in question.12.Users have the right to request personal data from the administrator:
