The first edition of Postdata Hackathon: Hack the Track is behind us! The event was attended by students from Gdansk and Warsaw who, under the guidance of experts, worked on modern solutions to improve the supply chain.

Organized by the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology together with Postdata S.A., the event was aimed at PJATK students and took place simultaneously in two locations in Poland. The goal was one: to create a solution to plan, determine and optimize travel routes.

For the students, it was a training in creative problem solving, teamwork, implementation of practical solutions and cooperation with business. They developed their solutions under the guidance of experienced mentors. On the other hand, it was an opportunity to learn about the students' capabilities and their fresh approach to the problems posed. There was also plenty of excitement, as financial prizes awaited the best teams.

Winning teams:

  • First place - Data Science Club (PJATK Warsaw)
  • Second place - Ich Troje (PJATK Gdańsk)
  • Third place - Malloc (PJATK Gdańsk)

Congratulations to the Hackathon winners and thank you to all the participants, mentors, judges, and people involved in organizing this event!
