Dr. Bartosz Marcinkowski

Trainer, didactician and external expert with many years of experience. In 2011, he received a doctoral degree from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdansk. He is a member of the Cisco Academy team / Instructor Training Center / Academy Support Center at the University of Gdansk, a regular contributor to Asseco Data Systems S.A. and the Educational Center of Excellence Foundation in Gdansk.

Scope of development activities carried out, including training

Provides original training in the practical use of BPMN(Business Process Model and Notation) notation and UML(Unified Modeling Language) in business process modeling and improvement, as well as analysis and design of IT solutions. He specializes both instructors and clients in the administration of Cisco network equipment in both proprietary and authorized training courses to prepare for the ICND1 and ICND2 exams.

Pawel Lelental, M.Sc.

Graduate of Computer Science at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (BCS) and Gdansk University of Technology (MSc). Founder of the Hashcode programming science club, and former co-chair of the Odyssey of the Mind science club active at PJATK. Winner of the international finals of the Oddysey of the Mind competition at Iowa State University, USA. Hobbyist participant in numerous hackathons includingJunctionat Aalto University, Finland. Originator and organizer of two editions of the BeHealthy hackathon, held at the Gdansk headquarters of IHS Markit, which attracted a total of over 200 participants.

Alex Polin

More than 13 years of professional experience in IT, including 5 years in Game Development and a passion for teaching. I have worked on projects ranging in scale from casual games to complex cryptocurrency exchange platforms, working with clients and partners from Europe, the Americas and Asia. I have expertise in Blockchain technology, AI/Machine Learning and AR/VR applications. Enthusiast of foreign languages and cultures, with a background in Intercultural Communication.

Dr. Tadeusz Puźniakowski

A didactician, researcher and programmer with many years of experience. He received his PhD from the Institute of Computer Science Foundations of the Polish Academy of Sciences in 2017, and is involved in teaching at PJATK and working on research projects related to Artificial Intelligence and DLT technology.

Eng. Arkadiusz Stankiewicz

Programmer with many years of experience, combining daily professional practice with academic teaching. On a daily basis, he implements IT projects in international environments, which allows him to keep abreast of IT industry trends and challenges. He translates this experience directly into the classes he teaches, enriching them with practical insights and the context of real projects.

When working with students, he focuses on understanding the mechanisms behind the code, independent problem solving and creative discussion. He encourages them to ask questions, find their own solutions and think critically. He builds an atmosphere of partnership that fosters self-confidence and conscious development in the IT world. He believes that effective learning is not only about learning the tools, but more importantly about developing an engineering mindset.

Agata Puchalska, M.Sc.

Trainer, teacher of professional subjects at PJATK and UM Gdynia , IT technician with many years of experience, initiator, organizer and instructor of many Cisco and Palo Alto Academies in the Tri-City . 

The first Cisco Academy in Pomerania at ZSCHiE Gdynia was established with her participation in 2000 while in 2009 at PJATK o/Gdańsk , modernization and reactivation on her initiative at the Maritime University Gdynia took place in 2023 .

 In 2019, she earned the Excellence Advanced Instructor badge from Cisco Academy System.

Grzegorz Cysewski, M.Sc.

Expert and long-time practitioner of software engineering. Currently manager of development teams in an IT company. Responsible for the development of IT systems for one of the largest employers in the country
Lecturer in software engineering and project management at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Gdansk. Computer scientist by education, leader by passion. Project, product manager and leader for development teams producing enterprise-class software. Leadership enthusiast, leading teams towards a common goal.

Eng. Marek Kudła

Graduate of Computer Science at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. During his studies, he was active in the student government, as Coordinator of Student Organizations and Inter-University Relations. 

Multiple medalist in the world finals of the international creativity competition Odyssey of the Mind (2016 - 2022), and for the last couple of years he has also coached teams (2023 to now).
Participant of more than 25 hackathons - both national and international - most of which ended with a place on the podium.
Professional and teaching experience includes commercial work in areas such as electronics (including projects at the intersection of technology and art) and 3D printing.


MA Matthew Miotk

Research and teaching assistant with more than ten years of academic experience, specializing in graph theory, with particular emphasis on dominance problems, vertex coverage and certified dominance. His achievements include publications in prestigious journals and active participation in international conferences such as the 9th Graph Conference on Graph Theory.

Eng. Krzysztof Paliga

He has completed many renowned courses, including the prestigious Harvard CS50 among others Artificial Intelligence with Python.

However, his fascination with programming did not prevent him from becoming president of AEGEE Gdansk, the largest international student organization in Europe.

He has been professionally involved in the software industry for five years. Among other things, he worked for large international corporations such as VISA. 

His experience allowed him to co-develop two large projects in the medical industry.

Both applications were met with praise from test users and positive feedback.

Along with 2024, he joined the ranks of PJATK Gdansk, teaching Java programming.

He is constantly expanding his expertise, keeping up with the latest trends in IT and artificial intelligence.

For the past 3 years he has been active in the investment industry, speaker of the age of industry meetings for individual investors.
