Postgraduate Program: Cybersecurity at PJATK Gdańsk. A new program in partnership with Sii Polska is launching!

The Polish-Japanese Academy of Computer Science in Gdańsk is launching a degree program in “Cybersecurity—Management, Systems, and Product Security” in collaboration with Sii Polska, a move that has drawn the attention of industry media.

• 70% of the workshops are based on real-life incident scenarios.

According to Dr. Radosław Stojek, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science at PJATK Gdańsk and program director:“Cybersecurity has long ceased to be the exclusive responsibility of technical teams. Today, decisions regarding risk, compliance, or product security have a direct impact on business and require combining technological expertise with the ability to assess situations and make decisions. That is why we focus not only on knowledge of standards and tools, but above all on practical thinking: risk analysis, choosing the right solution, and the ability to defend one’s own recommendations” —

What is the program of study, and who is it for? 

The program covers NIS2, DORA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards. It is designed for administrators, programmers, and management. Classes are held on weekends in Gdańsk.
