May academic meetings as part of the "Talented in Pomerania" Project
The opening of Yoshiko Hada's exhibition at PJATK Gdańsk! 
On Saturday, October 11, numerous guests filled the space of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Computer Technology at Gdansk during the opening of an exhibition by Yoshiko Hada, a Japanese illustrator with extraordinary sensitivity and expressive style. The artist signed postcards with her work, drawing everyone a small sketch of a character from her illustrations. Throughout the evening, guests were eager to talk with Yoshiko about her works and the process of creating them.
Yoshiko Hada delights with the simplicity of forms, saturated colors and humor of her work, which she creates for media around the world. From posters and covers to textiles and picture books. Don't miss a unique opportunity to see the work of the artist, whose illustrations have been exhibited at the Bologna Children's Book Fair, among others!
The exhibition was created as part of the ILLUSTRATOR Festival, jointly organized by PJATK Gdansk, the Baltic Sea Cultural Center and the Karol Plum Foundation.
The exhibition can be viewed until November 2, 2025 from 10:00-18:00 at PJATK Gdansk, 55 Brzegi Street.
