At the workshop we will create a prototype of a Visual Novel, or graphic novel type game. We will learn the basic operation of the Ren'Py engine used to create this type of game. To create graphics we will learn to use the basic functions of the Adobe package (Illustrator, Photoshop). The game created during the workshop will be able to be opened on any computer with Windows or Android. The workshop aims to initiate independent work on your own Visual Novel game and show that programming your own game does not have to be difficult and complicated.

For the workshop you can bring on an external disk your own graphic objects for use in the game (characters, backgrounds). If you don't have them, we will learn how to create them or use ready-made, free objects from the Internet.

Computers, Wacom graphics tablets, Ren'Py software and Adobe suite will be available during the workshop.

The workshop is designed for participants over the age of 16. Especially for those with no previous programming experience.
