"KONRAD BOOKS and PJATK".

The exhibition presents works made by students outside of the compulsory curriculum, the result of their passion,
commitment and professional skills.
Each of the presented projects is a completely designed book - from illustration, text composition and typesetting, to the title page and cover.

The main inspiration for the students was the work of Joseph Conrad (Jozef Konrad Korzeniowski), an outstanding writer of Polish descent.
The result of this work are unique interpretations of his prose, presented through a variety of graphic techniques -
from traditional copperplate prints, etchings and aquatints CREATED IN THE WORKSHOP OF DR MICHAEL WÓJCIK, to digital illustrations and complete designs
of books made in the studio of Mariusz Hoffman, M.A.

The charts presented at the exhibition are visual extracts from complete book projects,
which were created as works of applied digital art using programs such as Adobe InDesign,
Illustrator and Photoshop. These programs have been mastered to perfection by the students participating in the exhibition.

The vernissage will take place on May 9, 2025 in the exhibition room of the Pilot Library in Zaspa.
