Exhibition of student works "WZORKI"

WZORKI is an exhibition of student works created in the studio of Narrative Graphics and Digital Graphics, 2016-2025 at the PJATK Graphics Department in Gdansk. The works are united by decorativeness, repetitive motifs or pattern. The exhibition will feature book coverings, pattern designs for wrapping paper, and digital graphics, which are characterized by decorative aesthetics or rhythmic composition.

The task with patterns, is a great challenge for students - future graphic designers or illustrators. It combines investigation and fun with design. What elements, characteristic of a particular store or craft, can function as a decorative motif, building a pattern on wrapping paper? How to relate to the content of the book, so that the liner is aesthetically pleasing and that it hides a visual narrative? How to properly arrange the multiplied objects so that the graphic has a pleasing to the eye, rhythmic composition? Come and see how the students answered these questions in their works. We invite you to the exhibition at the Pejotka gallery at the Department of Computer Science at PJATK.
