On Tuesday, March 4 this year. The Faculty of New Media Art at PJATK Gdansk hosted Japanese artist Mr. Masaaki Ohya, who gave a lecture to students on his exhibition of printmaking inspired by nature and its transience. The artist presented his works created using etching and mezzotint techniques, sharing the creative process from concept to completion. The students attended the lecture with interest, asking questions about advice for young artists. After the lecture, Mr. Ohya visited the Department of New Media Arts, where he had the opportunity to see the students' works and the printmaking studio.
