Graduates of Computer Science in Gdansk in the top of earnings 

We are proud to cite another impressive statistic from the Economic Fate of Alumni (ELA). This time for our branch in Gdansk. Computer Science graduates have proven that their education and skills are truly highly valued on the job market.

ELA is a system that pulls data from Social Security and the POL-on system to describe, as the name suggests, the financial situation of college graduates from across Poland. Descriptions include average earnings or unemployment levels. All measured in the perspective of one year after graduation. 

Our part-time Computer Science graduates from Gdansk performed really well. The median earnings of graduates who received their diploma in 2022 is PLN 10,838.25 gross. With this result, they occupy the third place for the highest earnings for graduates of bachelor's degree in computer science. 

In this case, however, it is not the amount itself that is most important. Graduates stand out in terms of WWZ (Relative Earnings Index). This is an indicator comparing the salary of graduates to the average earnings in their place of residence. Our graduates and graduates from Gdansk achieved a score of 1.71, which means they earn 71 percentage points more than the average in their place of residence. Such a result places them in first place in terms of WWZ for the "Computer Science" major among undergraduate programs nationwide! With this indicator, we can see that our graduates, regardless of where they live, earn significantly more than the average in their region.

Thanks to such statistics, we are sure that the knowledge and skills acquired at PJATK give our graduates a sure start in the future and broad prospects. They are well prepared for the demands of the labor market and can count on attractive salaries. We are pleased with the success of our graduates and wish them further achievements on their professional path!
