Welcome to the first Japanese Festival at PJATK Gdansk! We have prepared a power of attractions for people of all ages:

Word Hunters - let yourself be taken on a magical journey to the land of Japanese fairy tales
Lectures: ikebana, the mysterious world of geisha, an introduction to the Japanese language, ghosts and demons, crazy street fashion, Japanese traditions and new (pop)cultural phenomena.

Haiku Slam

Together with the Gdansk Haiku School, we invite you to an unusual poetry contest.

Conducting: Gosia Zamorska - haiku poet, founder of the Gdansk Haiku School, cultural scholarship holder of the City.

You don't have to take an active part - you can come and listen live to the works taking part in the competition.
