On December 3 we hosted male and female students from the Complex of Technical Schools in Sopot. The youngsters were able to see what learning programming in combination with creative ideas brings. They were told about alternative game controllers by a lecturer from the Department of Computer Science, Marek Kudła. He showed how to make a controller... from a potato! Volunteers were able to play a popular platform game with it. Then our guests learned about the opportunities for development offered by their studies at PJATK. Finally, they tested their knowledge of Japanese culture and viewed an exhibition of works made in the calligraphy studio of the Graphic Arts major in Gdansk.
